DIGITAL MARKETING

As the digital marketing intern at Cool Nerds Marketing, my primary duty was to assist with managing the Google AdWords accounts for the clients. I helped adjust the daily budgets, organize the campaign structure, and create search ads. I am certified in Google AdWords Fundamentals.

I also helped with search engine marketing, SEO, and content development by doing keyword and client/competitor research.

I managed the social media listening for several of Cool Nerds Marketing's clients. I created workspaces in Social Studio, a Salesforce program, to understand trends in online mentions of the brands and their competitors, then compiled weekly reports with the data.

I gained valuable client-communication experience by generating weekly social listening reports and jumping on conference calls to best serve the needs of the client. 

With my experience using the program Social Studio for social media monitoring, I wrote a blog post for the Cool Nerds Marketing website. It is an instructional post on how to get started using the tool with social media listening. 

​

I expanded not only my technical skills by learning how to use the program, but also my writing skills by writing in a clear, concise manner to explain the complex structure of the tool.
